The new flight direction of the aircrafts of the “Armenia” Air company is Tel Aviv, the capital of Israel. From May 17 the airline will carry out regular flights to Israel twice a week, every Thursday and Sunday. The dates of the flights are particularly chosen so that passengers have the opportunity to spend their holidays in Armenia and Israel. The airline has remained true to its pricing policy, defining a predetermined price for a ticket, 49 euros for one direction without taxes. The value of the direction including taxes will cost 102 euros, if the passenger buys the ticket 45 days before the flight. The maximum cost of the tickets will be 380-400 dollars for two directions. The ticket price includes 20 kg luggage and 7kg hand baggage. Besides, the airline offers its passengers full service, offering hot meals on board, as well as Armenian wine, beer, mulberry, cherry and apricot vodka for both business and economy classes.

The passengers can purchase tickets by visiting the official page of the airlines www.armeniafly.com, as well as visit the company's head office, located at 10 Vazgen Sargsian Street. Besides, "Armenia" cooperates with more than 100 agencies, thus the passenger can purchase a ticket from the nearest agency.

The presentation of the Yerevan-Tel Aviv-Yerevan first flight was hosted on May 17, at the departure hall of Zvartnots airport. The CEO of the Air Company “Armenia", Robert Oganesian, head of the Civil Aviation Agency Deputy General Manager of the Government Sergey Avetisyan, The chief manager assistant of the "Armenia International Airports" company Andranik Shkhian, tourism agency directors and other airline partners had come to be present for the flight taking off with its first passengers . Before talking about the flight, Robert Oganesian placed a symbolic aircraft on the world map signaling the start of another new direction. The CEO of the airline thanked the director of Civil Aviation Agency Sergey Avetisian for his support, as well as the “Zvartnots” airport for providing a 50% discount for one year, which will contribute to the development of the flight. “I hope our presence on the world map will gradually increase and the aircrafts with Armenian flags will also appear in other countries. The opening of this route and further development will bring foreign currency and tourists to the country, passengers to the airline, and will provide others with jobs." he said. The director of the Civil Aviation Agency Sergey Avetisian congratulated the airline regarding the newly opened flight direction, noting that Armenia's aviation authorities had been in prolonged negotiations with the heads of relevant aviation departments of Israel. Thanks to joint efforts of the Air Company’s and the general administration team of Armenia’s civil aviation, Yerevan-Tel Aviv flight became a reality. The first passengers traveled to Tel-Aviv receiving a 10% discount card and chocolate airplanes. Good flight and soft landing to everyone.
